The Iron X ownership group runs industrial businesses here in Western Colorado, so we know what it costs when equipment goes missing or a truck can't get out on time. We set up Iron X to be the kind of lot we'd want to use ourselves.

That starts with being here. Bear Iron Works builds rock screens, bedding boxes and concrete washout systems on the same property, which means trucks, steel and people are moving through the yard most days. A lot that's watched by its owners is a different place from a lot that's watched by a camera alone.

Iron X is a small operation on purpose. We'd rather know our tenants by name than run the biggest lot in town.
